If you're not completely happy with OptiClean™, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return
Email support@opticlean.co.uk with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method.
Condition
Returned items should be in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition where possible.
Faulty items
If your OptiClean™ arrives faulty or develops a fault within the 1-year warranty period, contact us for a free replacement.
